"Getting worse and worse. Everything deep fried has more breading and other substances instead of meat. It incredibly deceptive that they intentionally add extra breading/rice/whatever it may be to each piece of deep fried meat. Anyone will see the same thing if they cut into any of their fried products orange/sesame beef/chicken/pork etc. . It’s disgusting, in my opinion, to pay so much for something that is 75%-80% fluff and filler.Tried to talk to them but excuse was that “it’s just the breading”. Idk about anyone else but when something is all breading and 20% meat then it should be advertised as breading with meat flavor instead of whatever else they have on the menu.Short message, food is not good save your money and eat somewhere else."

"1 star only for the evaluation. I called to place my order, the lady who took the order gave me the price of 7.70 and 15 minutes. when I arrived, the lady on the phone was commanding so many (not her fault.) that can wait only one person. the lady came into the window and gave me the price of the man. when she realized that it wasn't the right person, said the dame, how can I help them? I told her my command. my order was not there when she was looking for my order, she returned and asked if she wanted brown rice or white rice? at this point I never said again and never again."

"My family has periodically ordered delivery from this location for several years. Absolutely never have we received a delivery that was not hot, delicious and completely accurate. We are a family of five so we order quite a lot as we look forward to leftovers for lunch the following day, so we find it impressive that they always get it right. We usually have the same delivery driver who is delightfully personable and courteous. Shamefully, I have never asked his name and have neglected to post this review for far too long. Especially now, I feel it necessary to express my appreciation for their outstanding service on every level. Highly recommended! (And thank you all so much!"

"First time visiting because the Chinese food in my area has gone downhill, my first impression is that even if the food was bad, I would come back simply because of how welcoming they are and how I felt like they were excited I came. Coworker had the sesame chicken. He said it was good. I had Mongolian chicken it was good. If they add a little spicy I'd probably say it was great. I'll order something spicy next time I go. Egg rolls tasted nice and fresh and perfectly crispy. No complaints. I already see some stuff I want to try so after a few more trips there I'll update my review to give an overall impression on consistency. Which to me is most important."

"I have been ordering for years but lately food has been an issue. This last time was the last straw and I urge u to check your food. I had my order delivered over $44.00 bucks. I ordered garlic shrimp trying something new and it came with 4 shrimp that tasted very mushy and soft shrimp is usually firm and very over cooked and lots of very large veggies . So I call and ask for a remake or something else since it?s unbearable the lady yells and says no u can?t have anything else. I didn?t ask for a refund I just asked for a remake I was willing to pick up myself . This is really the worst service and food I have had I will go out my way to not visit rice China again !!!!"

"I placed my order at 6:37 pm had not received my order almost an hour later called.. and was told my order was not placed and that my card was not charged cleanly my card was charged as I have online banking. Spoke with 3 different managers Ann,Regin and Janet I was hung up on and placed on hold several times and have yet to receive a refund. I dont care about the food, just give me my refund on my card.. over an hour on hold and they can 't find the card transaction.. how convenient. After 6 different managers that aren 't even at the at the Restaurant 3rd party couldn 't give me an answer I had to call SAPD and file a report. At 9:24 pm received call from manager Gene stating I would get my card refunded. Wow.. all of this for a refund.. This is horrible customer service."

"Wow, the reviews here seem to be polarized, but I've eaten here twice and wasn't disappointed either time. Once was a carry out and the other a dine-in so I can't say much for the delivery driver... My Gf and I love this place. The egg roll was easily the best I've ever had; freshly made. The selection was great, and the wait staff was an adorable duo of what I believe were the owners children. The Orange chicken is better than PF Chang's or Panda Express. Give it a shot."

"This restaurant was not great. My group was the only ones there on a Friday night. When our water glasses were brought out, they were dirty with fingerprints and looked cloudy. Before our food arrived, we saw a baby German cockroach crawling on our table. Despite these issues, we decided to give the food a chance. I didn't see any vegetarian sushi on the menu, so I asked the waiter if he could make a veggie sushi roll. He brought out a mediocre sushi roll with avocado and cucumber, and then charged me $8 for a California roll instead. I ordered the kung pao tofu, which was decent, but my friend's sweet and sour chicken was terrible. For these three items, we paid $35, which seemed overpriced given the quality and experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant."

I took a chance last night and ordered my my personal trial selections for any first time restaurant and the House Special Egg Foo Young, chicken wings and French fries weee were fried crispy and seasoned to perfection. I was so pleasantly surprised. While I waited for my order customer came in and order 50 wings and I was astounded until I took my first bite. I’m a bbq rib fanatic so I settled for their boneless variety which rounded off my meal nicely. I recommend this little hidden gem very highly. . I now get why the FOH order taker is so abrupt.
