"I went for dinner with my daughter on a Wednesday in the early evening and we had a very enjoyable experience. We felt welcome when we walked in and left with smiles. The dining area wasn 't too crowded and the ambience was very relaxing. Our server was extremely personable, pleasant and accommodating. We placed our beverage order and as our server heard me trying to decide what, if any, drink to order, she suggested a drink choice that just happened to be pleasing to my specific taste palette. It 's possible it was just a lucky guess, but I appreciated it either way. The food options were different than I am used to, as it is a Japanese cuisine. However, the menu offers a good variety of options for even the pickiest of eaters, like myself. We ordered an appetizer (fried green beans), and the sauce that comes with it is a tiny bit spicy for my taste, so I asked for a side of ranch dressing. Our server kindly replied that they don 't carry it but that she would suggest to her manager that they keep some on hand . I thought that was a thoughtful and helpful response. For my food order I had vegetable fried rice and vegetable spring rolls. My daughter ordered shrimp with brown rice and vegetable spring rolls. I was confused about the white crispy , noodles??? Ok I am still confused about what those were, or if those were even meant to be eaten. But in total we both enjoyed our meals. As we were leaving, our server stated in conversation, that she really enjoyed working here (at P.F. Chang 's) and that it was mostly because she really likes the people she works with and that her co-workers are like family ... There 's nothing you can say that 's more complimentary of a place, than that, if you ask me. Everything about our visit to P.F. Chang 's exceeded both of our expectations. We are sure to return, hopefully sooner than later."

"I used to love this restaurant but, sadly it has dropped in quality quite a bit. To begin with, the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper (which to me is a HUGE reflection of the overall quality and cleanliness of any eating establishment). The second and more disappointing aspect of the evening was over fish sauce in a dish. I am a vegetarian and I ordered a noodle salad that did not list any meat in it. It came and when I ate it there was an overall strong fish smell. That was fine, I stopped eating it. But I asked the waiter if there was fish in it and it took about 15 minutes to get an answer. Because I have been a vegetarian for 30 years, the taste made me sick to my stomach, but again I was going to suck it up and try to enjoy the meal with friends I had not seen for many years. A manager came and expressed concern that I had an allergy , apologized and that was pretty much it? The waiter, although I believe he was worried about getting in trouble, pretty much chastised me for not having disclosed that I was vegetarian and to tell me what did not have fish sauce on the menu? I did not want to get anyone in trouble and I was not going to make a big deal out of it, but they ended up making it a scene and taking away from the fun our group was having and making me feel uncomfortable. The food was ok, but not to the standard it used to be which was always consistently delicious."

"From the beginning the experience was decent at best. It wasn 't exactly bad; however, I don 't see myself going back any time soon. The exterior is under construction which distracted from the overall aesthetic. While the host was pleasant and a hopeful waitress in training seemed to have the right attitude it appeared as if the rest of the staff would struggle to care any less about the customers and their experience. The plates given with our appetizers were clearly dirty and after sending them back to request new ones we waited 10 minutes for a replacement set of dirty plates as our food cooled. That was by far the worst of our experience. This is especially true considering that the kitchen is open to the dining room and plates were easily accessible. Beyond that the overall quality has gone down and it appears like the training of the FOH staff has gone down as well. Our waitress seemed to lack when it came to effectively managing her tables and t.he food from farm to work was lightly not nearly as fresh as the let on. Next the quality and presentation has declined over the years. Sad to say this location seems no better than Applebee 's of Fridays in terms of overall quality while is a sharp decline from what was at one time a very nice night out. While I never expected fine dining my experience tonight was that of any typical chain restaurant with higher ceilings."

"Arrived at 9PM...not a lot of tables with people. Waiter took a while to show up, but took our drink and apps order right away...came back maybe 5 minutes later with water served out of a steel pitcher that tasted like it had been there all day. Limes helped. Waiter had recited his overly dramatic and extremely loud schpiel initially telling us about the 700-degree works and how fast they cooked. Another 19 minutes and the appetizers came out...and nowhere near 700 degrees! And still no drinks. So, waiter retrieves the drinks then I guess he was planning to dash again...but we weren't in for a 3-hour meal, so we ordered. Spare ribs were tough. Pot-stickers above-average at best. Finished the apps and two metallic waters later the entrees showed up. Not 700 degrees. Beef was chewy...sauce was good. The fried cauliflower wasn't prepared well...very bitter. We pressed on. Waiter was more interested in taking new orders and processing checks than actually serving and it showed. Finally came back, tried to up sell another 20-minute drink, brought to-go boxes, and we left. Walking to our car we noticed the manager and another co-worker hanging out in a booth and three more employees in full uniform standing outside in the receiving alcove smoking. It's no wonder everything took so long: nobody works at this place! Won't go back. Wouldn't recommend this particular PF Chang's to anyone."
