"I had the opportunity to try a slice of white pizza from this family-operated pizzeria at the Jersey Eats NJ Pizza Festival. It was the first slice I tried at the festival, and it was one of the most memorable. The crust was crispy yet soft, with no flop. The pizza was savory with perfect dollops of ricotta, and the cheese stayed put. It even had a unique crust topped with everything but the bagel seasoning. I usually don't go for white pizza, but I was drawn to try this one and I'm glad I did. The family running the pizzeria is friendly and proud of their business, which was evident in my interactions with them at the festival. I wish them all the best and hope to stop by for more pizza if I'm in the area. I highly recommend giving them a try!"
