"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"Live on the southhill never went to Ferrante's. Amazing! Sit down and eat, dinners ready to go, and the purpose of my visit. The gelato. So good and had my fav banana. All that yet the service may have been the highlight. Marissa(with an a) was so friendly and helpful. While I didn't meet her, I'm sure Mirassa(with an i) is awesome too. I'll be back!"

"I spent $43 on a medium pizza and a small sub, and I even picked it up myself! If a restaurant is going to charge that much, the food should at least be somewhat authentic, but what I got was just terrible. The pizza was greasy, chewy, and had hardly any chicken on it despite me paying an extra $2 for it. I would be ashamed to label this as Italian food. Even Little Caesars is better, and they’re not exactly high quality. I will never order from this place again; it was absolutely revolting!"

"During our recent trip to Frostburg to meet up with some friends, we brought our toddler along, which means we rarely get the chance to dine out without the little one. As usual, our child was with us, and we decided to stop by LG's to catch the Ohio State game and enjoy some food. We ordered a few pizzas, and they were incredible! We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food, so much so that we found ourselves returning multiple times over the weekend, as we're big food enthusiasts. The owner noticed that we were having a bit of a challenge with our toddler and kindly offered us access to a kids' play area. It was fantastic, and our 18-month-old absolutely loved it! Furthermore, the restaurant boasted a great selection of beers and exceptional customer service. Their generosity left such a positive impression on us that we often find ourselves discussing a return trip to Frostburg!"

"I'm glad I decided to drive past Pete's Phillip 66 after a great day with the truck and head to Heavenly Dough Pizzeria instead of sticking to the convenience of the gas station. When I called to discuss my options, the lady who answered was exceptionally friendly and patient, offering to prepare a pizza for me in just half an hour. I chose the family package, which covered both breakfast and lunch. While we waited, we enjoyed some light gossip about my home in Iowa City and their experiences in Oklahoma City, which made the time fly as the staff worked diligently in the back. I noticed a customer on the phone who was unhappy about a possible incorrect change, and I was impressed with how well the staff handled the situation with a positive attitude, honoring the customer's concerns. I also really liked the decor, and there was a pleasant aroma throughout the restaurant. As I write this, my belly is very happy! Thank you."
