"You have to go here if you like any Mexican/Hispan food. The FLAVOR is so out of this world, I can't explain how in love with this place I am. I'm going for food, and one day I have a pick-up from here. I was very hungry and decided to get some tacos for me because they're just $3. The same price as Taco bell, but these ingredients are so fresh, so delicious and customizable. So I ordered the tacos, went back to my car, ate them and was sent straight to the sky. I couldn't believe how good they were. So I went back the next day. I thought maybe I was so starved that I was just "thanked" they were good. Can't be fathom as it could be. But again, another day of my always favorite restaurant. I'll go at least once a week. I can't live without Bajas haha! 1000"

"Atmosphere for the workers seems to be excellent. Handed me my food and walked back to the food orep area and were all talking and playing around. I asked for red pepper abd no response. You expect tips for what?As far as service, what service, ordered online, paid online, drove to pick up, walked in to get the food, made a 5.00 tip, asked for red pepper and was ignored because it was much more interesting abd fun in back."

"Pretty good, but pricey. We tried the Durty Gurty, a Single Cheeseburger, Onion Rings, Tots, and an appetizer Fried Mushrooms. Overall not too bad. The small portion of Mushrooms is NOT worth the $11 price tag. As you can see in the picture, the mushroom basket is small and more like a side portion. The Durty Gurty needs some sauce so be sure to order it with Mayo or Ketchup or one of the other offered sauces. The single burger needed seasoning and the bun was crumbling. Over all it was OK but n … – show"

"I have eaten here several times through the years and have so many good memories. It used to be a great place to go. I gave it 4 stars because the food was really good, but everything else was not. The problem is with management because most of the staff is ill trained. The hostess sat us in one of many open tables, but the waitress in our section complained. It took 15 minutes to even be asked for our drink order, because our waitress was freaking out and apparently didn't realize she could take drink orders for more than one table at the time. Same thing with ordering food. It was shocking, as someone who used to wait tables, how many unnecessary trips she made instead of multitasking. Then, we along with other tables, had several dirty dishes piled on the end of our tables, and yet they busser stood off to the side until everyone was gone. Why not ask if the table is done with those dishes and go ahead and take them away? I really hope they improve in the future, because poor management, disrespect between employees, miscommunication, and lack of training is plaguing this restaurant."

"I have to say, the owners of Bibis really know how to "Feed the Streets"! They are incredibly personable and genuinely love serving their fantastic food. I highly recommend trying the chicken and shrimp boujee taco plate, along with the quesadilla and a burrito. Don’t forget to try their breakfast burritos as well! The Jamaica/lemonade drink is amazing (I always mix them up). I’ll admit I might be a little biased because they do such a great job! If you’re sensitive to heat and spice, I suggest ordering the salsa on the side. And it never hurts to call ahead to confirm your order for salsa on the side!"

"I remember Smokies when it was in Wyandotte and the difference between the two restaurants is night and day. I called ahead to find out how long the wait was. I should have known when I was told, There's no wait. We're empty on a Sunday at 5:30pm that this was not going to be a good experience. The food as I remember it at the Wyandotte location was too good for this restaurant to be empty. When we arrived, I was stunned at not only the appearance of the restaurant, but the staff as well. This was nothing like the old restaurant and staff. The restaurant looked like a dive bar. I was overdressed. The hostess called for the waitress to seat us. I mentioned I was hungry and advised that I wanted to order a mushroom crustini. The hostess immediately advised me that the dish had been removed from the menu, not because of COVID, but simply because. I drove 27 miles for 43 minutes for the mushroom crostini only to find it had been removed from the menu. I was disappointed. The hostess then gave us a menu of maybe 15 available items. Nothing on their menu besides pizza seemed the least bit worth ordering. To make matters worse, their menu doesn't have prices on it. LOL As if! I was annoyed. I paid for the lemonade I ordered and left and went to Perdino's where I know what to expect. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. It is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE DRIVE.The website is advertising the old menu and it is not available, and most of the good items have been removed.According to the website, Scott McBeath and Tom Mercurio the owners of Smokies Restaurant Wyandotte are proud to open their second downriver location on Grosse Ile Well they shouldn't be."

"I've been on this crazy Taco kick lately and I've been going everywhere I can to get tacos...I live in Lincoln not too far from Dexter Street... I've stopped at every mom-and-pop shop and ordered food.... I used to think that every Taco was the same.... UNTIL I went to Baja's today and ordered tacos... I've eaten there many times before and I usually got a burrito bowl or something and it was always great but the tacos are something else!!!"

"It's tough to say, but it feels like the N. Lake location is declining! We went on a Tuesday evening, and it didn't appear to be very busy, yet it took 8 to 10 minutes for a server to even notice us and ask if we wanted something to drink. My wife ordered the garlic parmesan wings, and the sauce tasted quite different from what we get at the Red Bank location. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the men's restroom was barely attached to the wall and hardly dispensed any soap. Aside from those issues, the rest was good."

"Cozy pub/eatery off 10th St down from Ben Davis High School. Had the fish sandwich with onion rings and added a side of slaw. Stuffed to the gills, but totally worth it. Friendly service, got my order exactly right, and served up hot and fresh."

"I’m currently on vacation from Arizona and had the pleasure of playing a round of golf with my brother-in-law. The course and scenery were stunning, though there were a few sand traps under construction, which wasn’t a big issue. Everyone we interacted with—from the staff in the pro shop and snack shop to the groundskeepers and fellow golfers—was friendly and ready to help with any questions. If I lived closer, I would definitely return to play again."

"I was really impressed with this small-town café. A group of ten of us stopped in for lunch on our way to Hatteras, and we each ordered something a bit different. The food arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Everything we tried was delicious, and we would definitely come back on our next trip through the area."
