"My family and I decided to do a one-night trip to Philadelphia to see some sites and on our way back from a ghost tour, we were not left with many options being 9:00 pm on a Sunday. We were staying out of the hotel so we thought it would be convenient however, we were really upset about our experience. We had an extremely rude waitress named Connie, who basically rushed us out the door because she had her side work to do. We came in at 9 and they closed at 10 so really there was no excuse. Every part of our experience was rushed. When we were not ready to order she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes and waited with her back towards us. Our sodas were just syrup and when we asked about it, she told me there was nothing she could do. Later on, when she gave us the bill we were not done ordering. She then comes back three minutes later and says to my partner that she is going to take the black book and he said to her that she could but there was nothing in it. She told him she has to take it now because she had things to do. In addition to dealing with Connie, the food was extremely expensive and not good! My son 's hamburger, which was $17 was so gross he could not eat it. I ordered chicken with tomatoes and mozzarella with double vegetables. I received one chicken breast, two slices of tomato, and one piece of mozzarella. My double vegetable consisted of four pieces of broccoli. My partner ordered salmon which was also very tiny and not that good. My other son did not order dinner, he got dessert for dinner and our bill was $117. The restaurant looks deceiving because it has a really nice atmosphere however, the food was terrible, the experience was terrible. The only reason why we are giving it a 1 is that it was opened later."

"Food was super expensive for the portion size ordered the Mac and cheese with pork. Mac and cheese was over cooked and maybe 5 or 6 pieces of pork that were super small. $24.00 for each plate. We were there to watch one of our favorite bands, so planning to hangout and drink till band was over at 10:00 at 8:30 the server started handing us our bill, and when we ordered another drink she took it back to add the drink and than returned it. After ordered another drink and explaining we were staying till the band was over we were than told we had two options “#1 option tab out with me now cause I have to do my night close out duties, #2 I can transfer your tab to another server at the bar” fine okay she is going home. We had to ask for the bill to be split up because we were with other people.Went to pay the tab. One tab was 101.57- she was told it was 102.00 she told him the ticket said the cash price is is 101.57 not 102.00 and she was told “we round up”. So you pay with credit card and you get the up charge, I understand that businesses are charged for us using our card, we use our debit card most places and pay the fee. But really you’re going to round up the bill and keep .43 from each ticket because they paid with cash. Where is that on the ticket???1.50 for a bottle of water I didn’t even harp at that but your going to round up tabs and keep the change because people pay with cash? Maybe explain does that go to the waitress as part of their tip? The bus boy? What does all the rounded up change pay for??"
