"When our drinks finally arrived, which I had ordered first and were brought by a guy with blonde hair, I tried to ask him about the menu. His response was to ask if we had downloaded the app before walking away. We placed our order and after 20 minutes, our food arrived. The drinks were served in small cups and the lemonade was watered down. The food looked appealing, but the taste told a different story. The queso had no flavor and the chips were stale. The burgers were extremely greasy, even more so than those from a fast food chain. The Barbacoa taco was tiny and dry, making it inedible.
We had no way to call for a server and it wasn't until we flagged down a staff member serving drinks to another table that we were able to ask for boxes. When the guy finally returned with the boxes, he did not bring a lid and only provided us with two boxes instead of the three we needed. I asked him to remove the taco from our bill as it was not consumed due to its poor quality. The guy returned and removed the taco from our order. Upon paying our bill, the tipping options started at 20% and then jumped to 30%, even though no server had assisted us in our order or provided any service.
Overall, I believe this restaurant has potential if they focus on improving their service and food quality, rather than prioritizing outdoor pickleball and dealing with flies, which only emerged once our food was served."
