"Been going here for years for breakfast. It is very consistent. Standard diner fair, all the way to gourmet classics, several styles of eggs Benedict and other takes. My son's Steak and eggs was surprisingly eggs xellent. My go to, corned beef hash and eggs is always good. Coffee refills was always available but staff was not hovering. Been there on occasion for lunch and their burger selection is quite large. Always look for clean atmosphere and it doesn't disappoint. Only recommendation, it fills up fast and parking is limited so go early. Vegetarian options: If your into this, they have it. Parking: They have, I would say 30 or so parking spaces on either side and free street parking but route 46 is a hard street to cross. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and plenty of center tables."

"DONT COME HERE IF YOUR NOT WHITE. The owners are extremely racist and they will make sure you feel uncomfortable as soon as u walk in; you just feel their eyes already judging you as u walk into the restaurant it’s the two overweight Italians specially the lady. I am a regular at this place I go there so much that the servers already know my order. The servers are very nice and friendly. I always tip them accordingly, I never have left without tipping except for today because our waitress left early so her coworker took the table and just gave us the check so of course like I’m sure any other person you wanna tip the person who actually served you but unfortunately she left for w.e reason so when we went up to pay we hit no tip on the machine and automatically the racist owner started giving us a talk about how she doesn’t know if we’ve ever went to a restaurant but it’s not the same as fast food and we have to tip.which is absolutely absurd and a crazy way to treat you guests, when you first of all don’t even know if we left cash on the table (which we sometimes do. My boyfriend actually knows the waitress we had today because it’s his cousin and was going to send her her tip through cash app to make sure she was the one who got the tip since she was the one who served us. Which I didn’t think I would need to give an explanation to anyone. Especially knowing that tipping isn’t even mandatory. She than pulls out her pen and says that we can add the tip on the receipt which I said no because our waitress left and she said it’s doesn’t matter you still have to tip it’s a group effort. At this point I don’t even want to tip at all because it’s just insane the way she is talking to us and demanding we tip which I have no problem doing because I am also a tipped employee. Personally I would never demand someone tips me and if I did I would never speak to someone so rudely like she did to us. She acted like we were caveman that have never stepped into a restaurant before knowing we go there many times a month. I bet if we were white she would never even have the courage to ask why they are hitting no tip. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!"

"When we arrived, there were some very loud individuals outside smoking, and one of them looked particularly unkempt, which was quite off-putting. Inside, the ambiance was still reminiscent of a VFW hall, making it feel less family-friendly and more geared towards bar patrons. The burgers were just average; the meat lacked seasoning and flavor. We opted to pay extra to substitute fries instead of the standard chips that come with the burger, but honestly, they weren’t worth the additional cost. For the prices they charge, fries should be included with the burger. The spinach and artichoke dip was also overpriced for what it was and wasn't anything special either. Overall, there’s nothing noteworthy about this place. We won’t be returning—our experience was not worth our time or the nearly $100 we spent. What a letdown!"

"The venue and staff at O'Toole's were absolutely amazing. We booked the back room for our COVID micro-wedding in November 2021, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful with equipment, decorations, space, and the food was fantastic. I was initially unsure about having our wedding at a bar, but we needed a small location for our intimate gathering. O'Toole's event manager and staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect, despite the challenges of COVID. It may not have been the wedding I always dreamed of, but O'Toole's ensured it was a truly special day for us."

"We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We spent $85 on dinner for three people, but that wasn't the main issue. The food was terrible, the portions were extremely small, and our food arrived cold, requiring us to send it back. We felt that we could have had a better meal at McDonald's across the street. The only positive aspect of our visit was our server, Miranda, who was fantastic. We felt sorry for her and made sure to tip her well. However, I would not recommend dining here as the quality of the food has severely declined."

"Our server was great! For some unknown reason my son’s filet came out early, even before our appetizer, about 15 minutes before any of the rest of his entree or any of our entrees. Then my loaded backed potato came out and it was basically the skin of half of a potato with super liquidy mashed potatoes on top with an extreme amount of butter, sour cream and liquid cheese. I don’t know what the problem was this time, I’ve never had an experience like that here. Very disappointing"

"I had the ham dinner with mash potatoes and stuffing. I asked our waiter if it should have gravy, he said yes and ran away to get some. We ordered our dinner at 5:50 pm and got our food at 6:57 pm. We would have left if not for our waiter. My wife had Salmon that was dry, and it came with white rice (which was cold), I asked her if she wanted to send it back and she said what and wait another hour for the food , she did not eat her dinner and instead took it home and will fix (heat) it up this week-end. Sorry to say but we will not be going back."

"I have been coming to Claim Jumper since it's inception in Northridge, Ca. My family loves it here. I took my wife out for a nice Valentine's meal and as always the food is Great! I had the PRIME menu rib eye steak and lobster tail. Lobster was good but my steak was The Bomb worth paying the extra money. I just don't understand why everything is a la carte on the prime menu, we are already paying more for a quality meat, oh well. I would definitely recommend Claim Jumper to anyone who is looking for a good meal at a good price. Unfortunately the service SUCKED my waiter WAS NOT attentive, DID NOT pay attention to detail and we only saw him when we ordered and at the end of the meal, nothing in between and practically every table and booth was empty for the most part, so it's not like they were super busy. However I'm thinking this was an isolated incident. We are in a pandemic and all you hear is how all businesses are under staffed so I figured they hired a rookie that was not trained to Stuart Anderson standards because in Stu's defense this was the first time my service was so bad in all the years I have been coming here. I will be going back."

"we had reservations for 6 and tried to change it to 7 (which is through open table) and they would not accommodate that they were fully booked, but when we came there, the restaurant was over half empty and it remained so throughout our evening meal. they sat us in a stand with service for 4 and we had to ask for 2 more table settings when our food came there (so obviously they were not just a table for the usa or they had the service for 6 ready.) caesar salat was good, but the dinner salat was brown. the türkei was a bit dry, but ok. one of our party ordered tri tip and got the fat overdone end. I wasn't as impressed as I was hoping. especially, since the restaurant is not overbooked, overcrowded, too much busy at the time we were at the beginning of the afternoon."

"We go back to this restaurant because the atmosphere is delightful, and you see people from the age of 6 to 70 years everyone enjoys. The food is delicious and plentiful, the prices are also good. Waiting staff is as friendly as management. Be ready to sit at the bar and have a round or two and an appetizer if you arrive much behind 4:20 each day, but above all on Thurs-Sat. You'll be there a while before your table is ready. Enjoy it, though only understand that the norm is. My only problem is that they can't wear my favorite beer, Bellhaven Scottish Ale. They have shown some that are close and I was happy with them as long as they were served. Thanks for setting up a shop in Centerville. I think you'll be an inhibition in our community."

"I have discoursed in this restaurant in the past, but was very disappointed by my experience. I celebrated my birthday and ordered lobster tails and my man ordered filet minion. No pages came with the meal and we had to order pages that we were surprised. after 15 minutes our waitress came to us to say that the lobster dick would not be ready for half an hour. I agreed to wait since I wanted to. in the meantime the steak of my man came out and I sat there and saw him eat. my side came out (baked kartoffel,) but no dicks. I was told that the brot would be right outside, but had to tell our waitress where is the brot and she said: "oh, they didn't get it?" it came finally, but a goid restaurant would have coordinated the food to get out at the same time. I know when I made the reservation through the open table, I mentioned it was my birthday. When our meal was over, we were asked if we like dessert. I had to remind her that it was my birthday. then my disc came out and kerze out. another facility would have marked it and would have welcomed me that I said happy birthday. I was disappointed and wished I had celebrated my day in another restaurant. the food was good. I am not going back to claim jumper"

"Over the years and through the change of hands with new owners at Claim Jumpers, we can't help but watch this location drastically decline in many ways. The host needs to be schooled in hospitality and how to handle customer concerns and requests to be seated elsewhere away from children crying and screaming to the point we couldn't hold a conversation at our table and causing anxiety in my daughter. A little odd as this has been our luck the last 2 times here at this Claim Jumpers. The host said he could seat us at one other table but it would be next to screaming children again. Mind you there were many other open tables/booths but was told only 2 sections were open and there were no other options than the one other table. The inexperienced host left us extremely disappointed and somewhat shocked to hear such a novice response. After waiting 10+ minutes before our waitress came to introduce herself and the unhappy children we got up and left. There are several other details that made this visit miserable and disappointing. Sadly, after being a patron for many many years, this was the last visit to Claim Jumpers Reno."

"The chicken pot pie is excellent and more than enough. It is a little pricey but still very good. "I went to this restaurant with some friends who really enjoy it, but I was not very impressed. As soon as I walked in, there was a strange odor that reminded me of a mix between a nursing home and new plastic. Despite this, we decided to stay and order. The food was actually pretty good, but the odd smell lingered and it seemed like my friend and I were the youngest people in the dining room. The decor was rustic and the menu had a wide variety of options from fish tacos to sliders. The drink menu was also impressive. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant, but maybe it was just an off night. Who knows, maybe one of the elderly patrons had an accident with their purse that caused the strange smell."

"Friday night was Date Night and we decided to meet JT's. The place was pretty packed at 8:00, but we could get another place at the bar. The bartender was super nice and had suggestions about what we should try. We made two orders of the 10 pieces wing and shared it with different flavors. One of the best places for wings. The wings were big and not fried. The sauces were so good! My favourite was spicy garlic. We also tried the Italian ovine rolls that were also delicious and I love their frits. If you are looking for a bar of food, this is the place to go!"
