"The host at the restaurant could benefit from additional training or support on busy Saturday mornings. She appeared nervous and overwhelmed by a wait that was not particularly long. Although she was kind, she failed to add us to the waitlist upon our arrival, instead telling us she would seat other parties first. We waited patiently as more groups arrived. When she finally returned, she added the other parties to the waitlist before asking if she had added us. After realizing she had not, she placed us at the bottom of the list. Despite our wait, she seated other parties ahead of us, which was frustrating. With better training and organization, these issues could have been avoided. The food at Waterloo is consistently delicious, and our server was excellent. The rest of the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I hope the hostess receives the support she needs to handle larger crowds more effectively. I empathize with her when the restaurant gets busy, as she clearly deserves better support."

"I just made a purchase at this takeout place. The waiting time was good, the person who attended us was also friendly. It does not accept payments with Applepay, you must bring your physical card otherwise you will not be able to purchase. The food I ordered was good, however the wings were not fresh, I thought it was pre-cooked or something. If you like salty food, it may be your style but in my case, I didn't like it, the cheese fries I ordered were too salty and there were a lot of short potatoes like the ones left over at the end of the bag, so in my case no I would come back again I wouldn't give the place a bad score I just didn't like the food"

"We have tried this place more than once , gave them a few chances .3 years ago the place was good..lil.pricey ..yet still good quality an tasty. But a couple years ago it started going downhill. The pizza is NOT the same ...never warm, most time.not fully cooked an staff is rude an don't care about complaints. I was told the pizza is not still warm due to.warmwr doesn't work an hasn't for a while., they jus set it under it even with it not on. When you tell.them the complaints your told oh well.sorry you didn't like it. Management is hardly ever there to address issues. Prices are even higher than they was when it was good an kept warm an fully cooked. A few miles down the road in middleton has them.beat on quality, price an service hands down. "We showed up about 45 minutes before closing so it wasn't busy, quick ordering, and the food was quick. We'd never been here before, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food wasn't especially warm, but everything was moist, not dried out, and had a really good flavor. Brisket was tender, good smoke, no bark though. The chicken wasn't too good, bologna was good, but the ribs were really good. We're going to go back closer to prime time and try it then. "First time at the Corner Chill and Grill. Place was pretty busy. Parking lot filling up. Came in greeted quickly and said pick where you would like to sit.. cool ?. Servers were working as a team.. one stopped by for our drinks. Came quickly to the table. Another working the floor came by for our food order. Again, good deal. ? ordered fried mushrooms ? for an appetizer. Basket came to the table. It was a very good portion of mushrooms. Very happy. Ordered the tacos..it was Taco Tuesday. Wife ordered a Wainwright burger with the fixins and a side salad. Some chips and salsa showed up. The salsa was a surprise. I think it was the sweetest salsa I've ever had. Almost jelly like. Although different, kept trying it. Was getting a little heat on the back end. Strangely addictive. Wife's side salad came, it was a good portion also. Tacos ? came. Loaded one up with condiments they have in basket... taco meat was sweet. Very different taco for my taste. I'm only speculating they use some of the sweet salsa in the meat mixture. Wife's Wainwright burger ? was good. All in all the whole experience was very good. Just couldn't get past sweet tacos. We will be back.. Monday is meatloaf night."
