"I went 5 minutes with no drink with my mouth on fire while my waiter threw himself through the silver doors to kitchen followed by a round of applause and laughter. He did this 4 times until he finally heard my raised voice and my finger pointing at him. He refilled my drink. I told him I would need another quickly. His Manager started taking care of our table. When I told no guacamole, he said oh, we'll put it on the side. I said put it on my wife's plate. He said no, on the side. I finally raised my voice and told him not to put guacamole anywhere on my plate. He delivered our meals. My wife had ordered Xtra sour cream and got a good size dish. I got a teaspoon on top of shredded lettuce. I asked for extra sour cream. He said you have some there on your plate. I said that will not be enough. He pointed at my wife's bowl. I said, that is for her dinner. With the Manager came up to hear the waiter inform me Sour Cream is not free. She asked is there a problem? I said yes, this young man says I have plenty of sour cream and it isn't free. I want more sour cream for my fajitas. From that point she took over. My bill. From what I can figure my bill should have been $49. It was $58 but I was not allowed a detailed receipt. I left a $10 tip for the Manager. You have been our favorite Mexican restaurant for somewhere near 9 years. We come from Anderson to eat there. We will be finding a new Mexican Restaurant."

"Been to Alicias' many times, ordered online many times never a complaint. This evening I order online for delivery and countdown to extreme aggravation. Order arrives in decent time but 2 items have been omitted. Easy fix, call the restaurant and let them correct the issue. Phone call picked up by machine stating extension 6363 not available and call ends, 10 times in a row (if not more). Boiling by this point, I jump in my truck and head to restaurant to rectify situation, still trying to get then phone call through. Mid-trip I finally get an answer, but too late, I'm beyond mad by this point because the half of my order that arrived is at home getting cold and drying out and now I'm halfway into a drive that I ordered online for delivery to avoid in the first place. Manager answers and the excuse I get is we can't answer the phone because we have so many orders. I guess they never heard of a hold button, answer all calls and place on hold, deal with customer 1 by 1 in order of call receipt. I'm told that the remainder of my order will be ready by the time i get there. Did I or did I not order for delivery? I get to the restaurant and a server expects me to just accept my order and be gone but I request the manager and get nothing more than my fault, sorry. I know mistakes happen, but this manager made no attempt to make anything right other than the order. Half of my meal is at home and cold, and I had to drive to a restaurant that I had already paid a delivery fee to for this poor experience. Again, still great food but hard to enjoy with the sour taste of the manager experience. The date of visit selection is not specific enough so; my unplanned visit was 1/9/22 around 7pm."
