"I?m super disappointed to even be writing this? my friends and I have come here about 4 times, last week being the most recent. The food is absolutely incredible which is why I?m sad I have to write this. The service we received today from a woman namedHelen was atrocious. First I?d like to say it?s the CUSTOMERS choice on when to tip and how much. I always tip at least 15%,however people still have the choice. How well you do and how you treat me as a customer does go into account when calculating atip. First we asked for split checks, which was apparently an issue but she did it for us anyways. We were writing in our tipsand she stood OVER our tables telling us to change it to 20%. We did not. 15% seemed fair! She stood there waiting for over aminute as we just stared at each other in disbelief. She then proceeded to tell us if we weren?t going to tip enough to not comeand sit down as customers again and to only do take out. We immediately left but to say the least, it was uncalled for andextremely unprofessional. I will not be eating here again for that sole reason, which is very disappointing considering howgreat the food was. Customers beware."

"Luncheon special L1 $6.99) comes with chicken fingers which I do not eat) I asked if I could swap that for a similar priced appertizer I chose pork stripsA side order of chicken wings cost $6.25) A side order of pork strips are $6.50) 25 cent difference.My cost for L1 went up $5.00!To $11.99I made sure she knew I was only requesting a swap but she kept going on about the big difference in price as she pointed to the menu clearly showing a 25 cent difference.Most Chinese restaurants usually will make an even swap with a similar priced item or charge a $1 or $2First and last time here i'll never know if I would like their food.Their loss...I work with a lot of people that buy lunch out and that's a common break room conversation good food with reasonable prices"

"Service is not good. Food was good I went with My family to eat as we was there our server did not come to us or even check up would have to flag down to get a refill which they charge again which is not a problem. But not only the server the staff that kept refilling the food while trying to move out there way one of them said move instead of excuse me again tried to make room let them by also at the end while trying to pay even tho I feel like a TIP SHOULD BE EARNED ON SERIVCE I was still tipping and the server didn't like his tip and stood next to me till I gave him more and even asked me where's the tip even tho he seen there was already one there but he walked away with a 40 dollar tip for no service just bringing. Drinks smh. Again food was ok but the service of that waiter and staff was not good server/staff putting food in host was ok no issues"

"DISCLAIMER**They have no respect for their paying customers and it really shows when placing orders over the phone. Overcharging is a really disgusting tactic that this restaurant's uses to up-charge the community they service and it really makes the experience seem like casual greedy business I don't recommend this restaurant! I will never return to them for business. They have menus with different prices on them and then say one thing and they charge another price. Such as disappointment with them."

"They have decent Chinese food. I placed an order with them for New Years Eve, $200. I figured since this place only does Chinese takeout they would be able to handle the high demand on New Years Eve. I called my order in at 1pm… for a 7pm pickup. At 7 pm I was told to come back at 9pm and my order (might) be ready then… meanwhile they were taking more phone orders as I am standing there being told my 1pm-phone-order would not be available for pickup, 2-hrs after it was meant for pickup! Totally unacceptable! They should know how many orders they can accommodate without over extending themselves. I canceled my order at 8pm…their failure to pace their orders messed-up my families New Years Eve dinner. We scrambled to find an alternative for takeout food, we settled for Pizza… never again will I order from #1 Taste Chinese"

"We usually dine at a different restaurant, but on Christmas Eve, our go-to spot was closed, and thankfully Joy Luck saved the day! We absolutely loved it, and it has quickly become our new favorite. The veggie lo mein was fantastic, and my husband can't get enough of their hot and sour soup. The portions are generous, and although the prices are a bit higher than other Chinese restaurants in the area (we spent $50 for two noodle dishes, soup, and an entree), we will definitely return because the serving sizes are large and the quality is excellent. Just a heads-up: they sometimes underestimate preparation times, so I recommend picking up your order about 10 minutes after the estimated time."

"What happened to your food- our food tonight literally tastes like it was prepared in a garbage can. We have ordered from here for 3 years never had a problem. At first I thought, ok the appetizers are just bad, but then our actual sesame chicken tastes like trash can too. I'm not sure if you changed oil, haven't changed oil or if you prepared this in the back of a garbage truck. $78 we tossed it all in the trash where it belongs."
