"We recently dined at Mr. Crab for a special day out. My partner ordered the chicken sandwich with roasted gyoza, while I opted for a boiling combination with crustaceans, snow crabs, and an extra 1.2lbs of blue crabs. We chose the Mr. Crab special seasonal seasoning and mild spice level. It had been a while since I had a Cajun style seafood meal like this and I was not disappointed! While it may not have been exactly like the meals my family made back in Louisiana, it was still delicious and comparable. The crawfish and blue crabs brought back fond memories of the seafood I miss, but the snow crabs were the real standout. If I were to return, I would just stick to getting two clusters of snow crab. The blue crabs and crustaceans were a bit of a hassle to peel, especially the blue crabs. The mild spice level was perfect for me, but I might try the medium level next time. The seasonal seasoning choice from Mr. Crab tied everything together nicely. My partner's chicken po'boy wasn't as traditional as expected, but he enjoyed it. The fries were crispy and tasty, and the fried gyoza was a delightful addition. I would even order them separately next time, they were that good! The service was great and they provided everything we needed for our seafood feast, including gloves, utensils, crackers, and even a roll of paper towels and wet wipes. It was much appreciated, as things can get messy when enjoying a seafood boil. Be prepared to get your hands dirty, but it's worth it for some delicious seafood. I would highly recommend Mr. Crab to anyone looking for a hands-on seafood experience."

"I went to the restaurant at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon. I looked at the menu which was handed to me with the lunch menu showing. I reviewed the menu and then I asked for the chicken fingers. I actually pointed to them on the menu but the waitress/managerwas standing on the other side of the bar at the register instead of standing in front of me while taking my order. I paid andthen I noticed I was charged $13 instead of $10. When I called it out and asked why since the price was $10, I was told thatthat was the lunch menu and it ends at 3:00 p.m.. given that it was only 1:30 p.m., I pointed that out and I was then told norefunds no exchanges. I was also told that despite it being lunch it is my responsibility to say I want the lunch portion. Ihave never been to this restaurant nor did I flip the menu over because I found exactly what I was looking for on the firstside. I understand the no refund no exchange policy when it is the customer's fault but I do not understand it when it is thethought of not only a waitress but the manager. It would seem to me if you have a strict policy of no refunds and no exchanges, you also bear some responsibility to make sure that you are not making assumptions about which item a customer is ordering ifyou have two possibilities. I had originally left a 20% tip which equaled $8. The difference and price of the items was $2.Thanks for saving me some money"
