"We ordered salad and scallop with risotto dishes. Drinks were good. The reason for the stars on the food was that the risotto was just rice. It was absolutely not a risotto as advertised and was under seasoned. Scallops and spinach were excellent so the under seasoned rice was a disappointment. Server was very nice and the restaurant was clean"

"With a reservation, we had immediate seating at eight. Both the cocktails and food were a five out of five. The disparity is between the bar service itself, and the kitchen as well. Ordering a cocktail straight off of us arriving came half way through our appetizer that was ordered later. A second cocktail that was ordered when the entrees arrived came about three quarters through the meal. The coordination between the kitchen and the bar is horrid, and perhaps the dining cocktails do not receive adequate attention. We are talking about up to fifteen minutes or more waiting. Although this is my first Open Table comment, this paradigm is not uncommon for this establishment."

"In an effort to find oysters. We found this restaurant on our way back to our hotel. The service was extremely slow. They were out of oysters. Our waitress was attentive but she really needed some help. Other customers felt the same as they took theirchecks to the bar for payment. The food was good and presented well. The Cesar salad was light on the dressing and we had towait for more. The 48 hour Nashville chicken was good and the lobster Mac and cheese was delicious. I changed the slaw for avegetable but it was soybeans so I passed on that. I ordered the lime rice and it was good. Since my partner ordered salad itwould have been nice to have alternative vegetable choices. We ordered drinks as well. They were tasty. Overall for theexperience it was not enjoyable for the wait or price of $75."

"My wife discussed her vision for the event, and when we arrived, everything was set up just as we wanted. The blown glass decor in the staircase and throughout the restaurant is stunning. I also appreciated that the restaurant is family-friendly. Kenzie guided us back to the party room, and I must say, the surprise party was a complete success—none of it would have gone so smoothly without Kenzie and the rest of the staff. Our waiter, Cove, was outstanding. He was friendly, quick, and accommodating, making it easy to enjoy our lively banter. The food and drinks were fantastic, and we will definitely be returning! We also brought our custom birthday cake, five dozen roses, gifts, and party horns, which added to the celebration. I’m already looking forward to planning more events here in the future! I was thrilled that the surprise party went off without a hitch, thanks to the incredible, welcoming staff. I’d rate it a solid 100/10! If you’re considering whether to go to The Reef—do it! The only minor complaint I have is regarding the jalapeño margarita. If you’re not a fan of pickled jalapeños, I’d recommend avoiding it, but personally, I enjoyed it as it wasn't too spicy. Kenzie helped me find a better drink option, and the huckleberry mojito was absolutely delicious! Just a heads up, the birthday girl opted for a signature cocktail, and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart—prepare for a good buzz afterward!"

"My husband and I went for lunch on a Monday. We were seated promptly. Or server Demetrius was probably the best server we have ever had... I had the prime sandwich and salmon fish and chips. Both excellent. We also love the lobster tots and New England clam chowder. We will definitely be back and hold all future servers to the high standard Demetrius has set."

The dishes were somewhat dry and overcooked, catering to the general taste rather than showcasing culinary skill. While the service was friendly and the decor interesting, the overall atmosphere felt more like a fast food joint than a quality seafood restaurant. In comparison to the top sushi spot in Fort Collins, Nemo's, Smokin Fins did not impress. It's a reminder that fresh fish may be hard to come by in certain regions."

"Service: We were a party of eight and were seated immediately at 6:15 PM on a Wednesday evening. Our server was courteous, attentive, and very helpful. Food: Everything we ordered was delicious. One member of our group tried the salmon fish and chips and claimed it was the best he had ever tasted, especially since this dish is usually made with cod or white fish. If you enjoy fish and chips, you must try this salmon version—you won’t be disappointed! Just a heads-up, it comes with French fries rather than traditional British chips. My kids enjoyed sliders and lobster mac and cheese, and they polished off everything on their plates. My wife and I shared the tortilla soup, which was delicious and offered a generous portion. We also ordered two servings of the Paella de Veracruz to share. This dish features Spanish rice with seafood (shrimp and clams), chunks of chicken breast, and andouille sausage, along with some green olives. While the flavors were nice, we found the dish to be quite salty. The first few bites were enjoyable, but it became increasingly salty with each bite. We managed to eat all the shrimp, clams, and mussels, but we couldn’t finish the rest of the dish due to the saltiness. It could have just been an off night for this particular item. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, but I’d advise caution if you decide to order the paella."

"Every time we come here, we have a ball. Their happy hour has great variety of drink and fare and is probably one of the best in FC that is reliably good. We come for their sushi and drinks and the service is always attentive and generous. As an elderflower fan, their Matterhorn cocktail was refreshing and not overly sweet. My husband had their Vegas roll which was tempura-fried, so it had a lot of umami and satistisfying crunch. I had the Baja Stack, which was okay. I'm not fond of everything in my dish feeling like mush so if I had some tortilla chips, it would have been more enjoyable. Again, it doesn't eclipse the overall good time that I have when I come here."
