"I tried SK Provisions today at the Denver Central Market and ordered the shredded chicken tacos. They served four tacos on corn tortillas, topped with pickled cabbage, house salsa, and cotija cheese, along with a garnish of lime and cilantro. The dish was hearty, flavorful, and quite filling. My only suggestion would be to double up the tortillas, as the chicken and slaw mixture is quite moist, causing the tacos to break easily. Overall, it was a great experience! I also saw a plate of broccoli rabe come out while I was dining, and it looked delicious. I will definitely be back!"
