"In my last three visits, the experience has been absolutely awful! I’ve lived in Gates for 24 years, and I used to enjoy the food there, especially when a man (presumably the owner) was cooking. However, the quality has taken a significant nosedive since a woman started cooking. It’s just terrible! Unfortunately, I’m considering not going back.
On my last visit, she blamed the ovens for not working properly, which was frustrating to hear. Then she mentioned that “the dough was on its last legs”—I'm not quite sure what that means, but it doesn’t sound promising! Additionally, this review process feels pointless; when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they asked me for food recommendations instead. Shaking my head in disbelief!"
