"What a beautiful coffee shop!!! I was visiting Logan from Texas and decided to search for local cafes to explore. I stumbled upon Cafe Ibis the day before I left. Reggis was working that day and he was happy to share his extensive knowledge not only about coffee roasting, but also about the company's history in the town. His coworker, whose name I unfortunately don't remember but is in the picture, made a fantastic Cortado coffee for me. This place has a great atmosphere, interesting history, and most importantly, amazing coffee. I ended up buying three bags to take back to Texas."
