"Went in with my family for my daughter birthday. Server did not tell us her name, asked for our drinks and I put in an order for an appetizer and my daughters meal. Another family arrived, and must have been related to our server, because after they arrived she paid no attention to us (my daughter spilled her soup and we waited 10 mins for her to come check on us. She never asked if we wanted refills, napkins) The other family got their food before us even though we ordered and arrived before they did. When we finally did get our food, I didnt have chopsticks so I sat there waiting until she eventually came over and i asked for chopsticks. This restaurant is spectacular, but the service we received was absolutely terrible. To top it off, when we were in the parking lot leaving, she came out and said goodbye to the family she catered to. I didnt even mention that it was my daughter's birthday because we were there for so long and she was so inattentive."
