"This is now the 3rd time (2nd week in a row) that we had a 7-7:30p reservation for firepit and were told there was no wood. This past Friday, Justin (manager) approached us with an attitude. Not only was he unprofessional, but was drinking with the party next to us. We were not pleased that there was no wood and he threatened to call the police and have us removed. He was obviously posturing in front of the party he was engaged with. We finally got some wood, but it was ridiculous the was Justin acted and conducted himself on behalf of Powderidge. The resort itself of awesome, including the indoor dining. It’s unfortunate that someone like Justin is representing this resort."

"If you enjoy fresh mozzarella and delicious sauce on your pizza instead of the usual shredded whole milk cheese, this place is for you! It's hands down my favorite pizza spot in the neighborhood—I’ve tried them all. The pizza is grease-free with a wonderfully crispy crust, even when delivered. The staff is always friendly, and the salads are excellent as well."

"very disappointing experience. four different people who worked on the property did not know basic information about how to buy service in the reserved fire pits where to buy lift tickets, among others. we have booked a fire pit and there was no firewood burning, no service and the few hours we were there, not a server came from our fire pit. the location of the fire pits is not ideal, and our special fire pit was surrounded by 4 inch mud. we had to order all the food and drink by going into the bar and bringing everything in order to go into our fire pit. it was a waste of time and money."

"I used to live nearby and always enjoyed their clamcakes. I stopped in recently to grab some of my favorites, but they were nothing like I remembered. The clamcakes I loved were large, packed with clams, flavorful, and not greasy at all. What I got this time were balls of batter that were so saturated in oil that I couldn't even pick them up without getting my hands covered in grease, let alone eat them. The bisque was decent and creamy, but it didn't have any lobster meat in it. Please bring back the old recipe, even if it means charging a little more."
