"We definitely need a Lota Blake burger in Texas! However, maybe it's best for some chains to stay rooted in their own states. I tried the Lotaburger prepared New Mexico style, and it truly revived my belief that fast food, especially burgers, can still be incredible. I polished off that burger in less than five minutes while driving on Highway 550 back to Houston. I would suggest milkshake refills… okay, maybe that’s a stretch, but I ordered chocolate and now I’m craving vanilla. The milkshake was quite good, and I was tempted to try the dulce de leche flavor, but my brain told me to save it for next time. The quarter-pound beef patty was cooked to perfection, and even when I doubled up, it remained juicy, with melty cheese and a delightful drizzle of grease—simply fantastic! The seasoned fries were exactly as others have described: a must-have and spot on. You won't have to make a lengthy stop, as the service was quick, and the customer service at the Aztec location was exceptionally friendly and excellent."
