"While we appreciated the server's exceptional service and enjoyed the good food in the beautiful space, the manager's behavior was unacceptable. He spent the evening engrossed in his phone instead of assisting the server. Despite leaving my contact information for follow-up, the manager never reached out. Our intention was not to receive anything for free; we simply wanted the issues to be addressed and corrected. We may consider giving them another chance in the future, but only if there are changes in management."
