"I was disappointed with my experience. Vaughn was polite and helpful when I placed an order to be sent to the hospital for the nurses and staff. I was informed that the delivery person (who received a generous tip) could enter through a side door near the cafeteria and deliver the order directly. However, the food ended up sitting on a counter near check-in for two hours without any call or notification about the delivery. I requested plates, napkins, and knives, but received none of those items. Additionally, I asked for a message from my husband and me to be included, along with his room number, but the message was incomplete and the room number was incorrect."
