"FOUND MOLD! HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered a container of the walnut raisin cream cheese. I found mold inside. I went back to the store to show them. The lady behind the counter said “It’s always like that, there are always pieces of white.” I said, “but there’s fuzz on it, that’s mold”. She offered to exchange it for a new one. I opened the new one in front of her and said, “This one doesn’t have any mold” which was obvious. I honestly can’t believe there was no apology and that she was denying that it was mold. I should report this incident to the local health department."

"Terrible customer service. We placed an order online and it didn’t give us options for bagel choices etc so I called and told the man to please put the sandwiches on toasted everything bagels. We went over it four times. Food comes and the tuna salads are on cold plain I toasted bagels. I called and spoke to the gentleman who I spoke to earlier and he insisted his guy put them both on toasted everything’s. THEN he said that they gave the order before us the everything toasted bagels and we got theirs. He then proceeded to say they are busy and when I asked what I should do with the wrong order he said they are very busy again! I told him they are no good and will have to go in the garbage and he said fine. No offer to bring us the correct order. Nothing. Very disappointing. We order at least four times a week for the office and spend hundreds of dollars. They won’t be getting our business."

"Moving from Brooklyn to Greenwich was a major drag for a million reasons, but at least there's a dope bagel spot in Port Chester. English muffin bagel? I love the fusion redcoats and yanks marching under one banner. Butter is a better choice on this one; spreads are a bit too rich on this surprisingly soft bagel. Disclosure: leave yourself 10 minutes, there's usually a few people getting BECs etc and a simple order like this may not be expedited. Also, I haven't gotten through on the phone to place a take out order."

"Firstly I have to say I have been coming here for over 6 years weekly. I absolutely love the spicy tuna on a everything bagel. The staff has changed as of the last year and the new staff is not caring like the old crew. This last Saturday January 21, 2023 I ordered my regular spicy tuna bagel and 6 hrs later I had to leave work early because the food poisoning I got was horrendous. I have missed 2 days of work now because of it and after 6 years of being a consistent 2 or 3 time a week patron I will forever be afraid to eat here again. I have a iron stomach and rarely get sick but I have not been this sick In my life!"

"This is a fantastic spot! It's definitely worth a visit if you're a bagel lover. The service is quick and friendly; it seems like the staff are local teens who make everything fresh on-site. I've been here several times, and I've always left very satisfied. They offer a huge variety of spreads for their bagels, and I’ve never seen them run out. "I give this place 5 stars across the board! I tried their Greek omelet, and it was absolutely delicious—hands down the best omelet I've had in ages, and definitely the best Greek omelet ever! It came with a bagel and a home fry patty, too. And the price was only $9.99? That's almost unheard of these days with inflation! Most places would charge between $12 and $14 for the same meal. I really appreciate the quality they provide and their efforts to keep prices reasonable in today's crazy world. The atmosphere is fun and friendly—overall, it's just a fantastic establishment!"

"It’s a cute place but writing this for people who are coeliac or gluten intolerant. I found this on the ‘find me GF’ app and they did indeed offer gf bagels. I asked about the bacon and they said not gf so I asked what was in it and they said meat but could not tell me why it wasn’t gf just insisted it wasn’t. So we went with the cream cheese bagel. I watched them prepare my husbands and my bagel and then bought out the kids gf bagels, they placed it on the generic board and used the same knife and cream cheese with no wiping of crumbs even. Asked for a refund which they gave me. While they offer the item they have no understanding of why gf or what it means, so definitely not safe for coeliacs. On the plus side the regular bagel was nice and the coffee also good, but if you are coeliac definitely it’s a NO!"

Fortunately, an employee was still inside, but she seemed irritated to see me. I informed her I had a pickup order and provided my name. She handed me my order quickly. "As first-time guests, we were completely amazed! The cashier was incredibly patient as we took our time with the menu. Another customer even praised the food's quality as they walked in. The prices were so reasonable that it felt like we had stepped back in time! We were astonished by how quickly our order was prepared. The two lunch sandwiches were generously sized and offered incredible value for the price. My hot, fresh-out-of-the-oven whole wheat everything bagel with butter reminded me of a soft pretzel from an Amish bakery in Pennsylvania—truly delicious beyond words! It’s unfortunate that we previously drove past this deli and bakery without noticing it, but it’s a mistake we won't make again. This unassuming gem is definitely worth a stop! "How in the word did this place receive 4.5 stars? I ordered sausage eggs and cheese and friend ordered egg and cheese on bagel. The bagel sandwiches tasted worst than high school cafeteria food. Coffee was very bad. I read a review from a person proclaiming to be a New Yorker and said food from this place was amazing. I was in New York last week and it’s night and day. And another thing. My bill was $27.89 and out of nowhere they charged me $29. They made up a number and charged me extra."
