"we flew with united, which was not the best call for customer service (after man who was withdrawn from the flight a few months), so I was not surprised when one of the workers on the floor we checked in us more employment than an an anxious teenage girl who was just left. our use in chicago was just about an hour and the flight was delayed by just 15 minutes. considering the fact that we had to go through customs on the Chicago side, united wanted to take us on a later flight for our 2nd flight from chicago to orlando.
