"My experience at Luigi's on Friday was quite disappointing. They were running a Buy One Get One Free promotion on select entrees, but when I attempted to order online for delivery, the discount wasn't applied at checkout. After reaching out to the restaurant for assistance, they assured me that the free meal would be automatically included in my order. Unfortunately, the food arrived a frustrating 45 minutes late, and the promised free entree was nowhere to be found. When I called back to resolve the issue, the same employee I had spoken to earlier insisted that I must have misunderstood her and refused to correct the oversight. While receiving the free meal was intended as a nice gesture, my friend and I had relied on it and therefore didn't order an additional dish, leaving one of us without lunch. Overall, the service was terrible, the food was mediocre at best, and it certainly did not qualify as traditional Italian cuisine."
