"I always enjoy visiting Greenwich, CT in early spring. Strolling along Greenwich Avenue and window shopping is a favorite pastime during my visits. However, what we enjoy most is dining at one of the popular restaurants on the Avenue that we haven't tried before. This time, we chose Mediterraneo due to the positive reviews we've read and its corner location that offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant's recent renovation has created an upscale ambiance with a Mediterranean touch. Inside, you'll find a stylish oak bar and a cozy dining room that exudes a contemporary Mediterranean vibe. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. Our server provided great entrée recommendations that we were glad to take. The halibut was outstanding, and the grilled cauliflower appetizer was fantastic. But the standout was the lemon meringue pie dessert, which was simply superb. Overall, our dining experience was exceptional."
