"Abbigale that’s how she spelled it was our “ server “ . Worst service EVER inside a Pizza Hut ! Attitude horrible. When bringing our pizza we had NO SILVERWARE, NO NAPKINS , NO PARMESAN CHEESE …DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A SINGLE PLATE ! We were the ONLY customers! Sunny ,45 degrees outside and they had the air conditioning blasting. I asked them if they could turn it down and they did until we got our pizza and then they decided to turn the heat on full blast! We had ordered sodas which you are supposed to get refills, but the girl never came back. We actually had to take our drink glasses up and ask her to refill them and then we carried them back to our seats!!! Zero pre- bussing ….. Zero checking to see if everything anything was okay! LAZY WITH NOBODY ELSE IN THERE TO WAIT ON ! I Did mention it to another employee who I THOUGHT was a manager heavier lady , brown short hair cooking I think . She totally seemed to not care at all ! NORMALLY we visit this location on Friday evenings and have a FANTASTIC SERVICE! VERY disappointed with today’s experience! ….. i Guess we’d expected similar to the other young lady that works Fridays and actually WORKS…. is friendlier as well . We didn’t even get a normal shaker for the Parmesan …. She gave us the individual packets that you open ….. if you order for delivery instead!! SMH ?‍ I hope that whoever is the owner or store manager reads this and does something about it! Abbigale WILL cost you future customers! I have no doubt of this. No one wants to feel that they are “annoying” someone to wait on them! THIS WAS A BAD HIRE ! SMH !"

"I have never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant experience. I placed an order for dinner at around 7:45pm, only to be told that it wouldn't arrive until 10:05pm. My husband had to go pick up the food because of the delay, even though he had other things to do. This was especially frustrating because my mother has a medical condition and cannot eat that late. We have had multiple issues with Pizza Hut, particularly the Saddle Brook location. When we called to inquire about the delay, we were given excuses about staff shortage and accidents. We believe we deserve some kind of compensation for the inconvenience we have been through. It's unacceptable for us to have to deal with all these excuses, and my husband should not have had to go pick up the food."

"I noticed when reading all of the reviews for the Presque Isle Maine PH, that a lot of folks were listed as “local guides”!! I had NO IDEA there were sooo MANY Maine guides in this area! I am originally from coastal Maine, and had not been up this way in decades. I now live in Calais, but have been craving Pizza Hut pizza, so i jumped on here to find the closest one, and it seems we do not have one in Calais; but there are a couple over the border in Canada, as well as one in Presque Isle Maine, as well as in Houlton Maine, or so it seems….So….. I am, needless to say, quite disappointed that none are close to me here in Calais, Maine. I used to frequent the Bangor PH (we loved the service staff at their Broadway Shopping Center location) as I am actually from that area. However, due to my health, and the need to regain my strength in order to get back to my own place/home, i am temporarily in Calais, with plans to move back to the Bangor (Bucksport) area SOON!! I HOPE! And let me clarify, that although i look forward to being back in a more familiar area (and the area where the majority of my family friends reside), i have found the Calais area to be just SOOOO friendly MOST pleasant. It has changed a lot in the 35-40 years since i had actually spent any time here, but definitely still a lovely little town, with SUCH nice, friendly welcoming people!! Hopefully i get a chance soon, to skip over to P.I. And check out THEIR Pizza Hut!! Meanwhile, keep those reviews coming, and all of you PH staff, keep up the great job ya’ll are doing!! You must be doing SOMETHING right, because i noticed how MANY Maine Guides posted positive reviews, and i have found Maine guides won’t return to an establishment with bad food, and/or poor service! Can’t wait to give ya’ll a try soon!!"

"I visited this restaurant after attending a nearby fair. The food was quite expensive and fell short in quality, making it not worth the price at all. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the interior was quite appealing. The windows were large and clean, and the architecture of the restaurant was impressive. However, aside from that, the food was overpriced and of poor quality. Overall, it’s not a great dining option."

"The server was fantastic and even tried to assist us with the bill. However, I wouldn’t recommend getting the salad bar at Pizza Hut. They told me it was $6.99, which I thought was a decent price, so we both decided to get one. To my surprise, it turned out to be $6.99 per plate! Our total for just the salad bar came to $27.96, and I couldn’t believe it. I thought about how much salad I could buy at Walmart for that price—this is just ridiculous. Also, the pizza crust wasn't very good on the bottom. I won’t be returning; it’s only BC Pizza for me from now on."

"However, by 7:12 PM, the wings still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. I explained to the person on the line that my grandson, who cannot eat pizza, was really looking forward to having the wings for his birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the person hung up on me instead of helping. I tried to call back for nearly an hour, but no one answered. This isn’t my first negative experience with this Pizza Hut, but it will definitely be my last. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The food is subpar, they consistently get orders wrong, and the staff is extremely rude."

"I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The girl at the cash register and on the phone was incredibly rude and unwilling to delay preparing our pizza so that we could enjoy it warm when we passed through town. I was picking up pizza for my family of six, and when I requested some to-go items, she carelessly tossed them on top of the pizza box. When I pointed out that there weren't enough items for all of us (since we were going to eat in the car during a long trip), she completely ignored me and even turned her nose up at me. I usually try to stay calm in situations like this, but her behavior was unacceptable. None of her coworkers stepped in to address her rudeness, and now we’re stuck in the car without enough paper products for my family. I felt compelled to share this experience because the service was simply terrible. If you don’t enjoy working with people, customer service might not be the right job for you."

"My fiancée received a call at 8 o'clock telling them to show up around 3 o'clock for an interview. They received another call at 2:30 where the manager said they would show up soon or not at all. The manager was very rude. We are in need of a job, but not at the expense of being disrespected before even getting the job. I advised my fiancée not to go or answer any more calls from them. It is unacceptable. Not for $12.50 an hour. This will not be happening. It is no surprise they are in need of help."

"Chose the 2 Large single topping pizza for $8/ea in the app. Left a request for the slices to be cut smaller as the pizzas were for a children’s party. When I clicked place order it showed my total as $17. Went to pick up the pizzas and the total was now $34. I showed them my order and they would not honor the deal. Also the request for smaller slices had not been honored. So was forced to pay double for an identical order. Very shady business practices, won’t be back or recommend in the future. Should’ve gone to Casey’s."
