"The service at this restaurant left much to be desired. Many of the waitstaff seem to view your order as an inconvenience. You won’t receive a friendly greeting like, "Welcome to Kim Son, may I take your order?" Instead, they approach your table and stare until you begin to speak. Once the food arrives, it's usually done in a hurried manner, without anyone checking if the order is correct or if you need anything else. If you find yourself needing assistance during your meal, you’re likely to have a tough time getting the attention of a waiter. They tend to rush by your table, clearly trying to avoid making eye contact before disappearing into the kitchen. Additionally, this location is consistently unclean and has an unpleasant smell. After several visits hoping to give it a chance, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. It simply doesn’t meet acceptable standards."
