"Absolutely terrible experience. The owner was rude, hostile, and unprofessional. We waited 30 minutes in the chilly evening despite having reservations. We were prepared to wait, but after the poor treatment we received, we decided to leave and ended up enjoying a great meal at HT Grill down the road. Dining is about more than just the food; it's also about the overall experience, including the atmosphere and how customers are treated as individuals."
