"I’m so thrilled to have discovered this restaurant! I adore Mexican cuisine and have tried many places, but none compare to this little gem. The cashiers and servers are always friendly. Occasionally, there’s a small language barrier depending on who is at the counter, but we manage! I typically place my orders online for takeout since COVID hit, and they have never once gotten an order wrong; the food is always cooked to perfection! It’s usually ready in about 15 minutes. If I could eat here every day, I absolutely would! My go-to is the Pollo Asado, which comes topped with delicious grilled onions. The margaritas are also fantastic—not watered down at all! Even my husband, who isn’t usually a fan of Mexican food, has become a fan thanks to the Fajitas Pacifico! I deducted one star only because the containers they use can be a bit flimsy; if I cut my chicken too firmly, it might slice through the bottom of the container. After that happened, I just take extra care now. Also, parking can sometimes be a challenge, but I can’t fault them for having so many customers who want to enjoy their food—who can blame them? Their cuisine is excellent, and they will be my go-to spot as long as I’m in the Richmond area."
