"I spent over $30 on food, but it was soggy and they messed up my order. I had to drive all the way back, only to find out that the missing items were sitting there, forgotten in the kitchen. When the cashier finally handed me the food, it was now lukewarm. There was no apology, no offer for compensation—nothing at all.
Feeling quite frustrated, I asked her for a coupon, which is something I shouldn't have to request. She handed them to me, but as she did, I heard a man nearby making loud, groaning noises while another one said, “No, no, no.” The whole scene was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Ultimately, the coupons don’t matter since I won't be returning to this Taco Bell. I strongly urge management to train their staff better in customer service and food preparation.
