"DISAPPOINTED! My family have been supporting their business for years. But today I was so upset. I called to order a milk tea and a popcorn chicken for my lunch. I came in to pick up and the lady behind the counter told me there was no such order under my name. Without asking her coworkers, she acted like I was crazy. And I told her I just called. And one of the staff said that he forgot to put the order in! Like really? What’s the point of asking me about toppings, sugar level, spicy level if you’re not gonna put the order in? I just had 30’ for lunch and I had to place a new order and waited for 10-15’. There goes my lunch time. They’re so unprofessional and irresponsible.I’m writing this review hoping the owners would train their staffs better so that they could keep up with other boba places in the area. The teahouse near HEB offers way better services with the same price and quality."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place. My experience started off poorly. The woman who took my order barely spoke to me—she only said a couple of words, and when I asked about the sauce, she just pointed to the screen. It felt quite rude and unkind. Meanwhile, the next customer in line received a friendly greeting and was treated much better. I ordered wings, while the woman after me ordered a dinner plate, and she received her food first while I was left waiting. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I can't help but mention that I'm Hispanic and the woman after me was white. I won’t be returning to this place."

"I wouldn?t say I?m picky with my boba drinks, but I?ve tried over 10 different boba places in Houston (and other cities of TX and this place disappointed me. I was really craving a good Thai Tea. (My usually place is Teapresso Bar and they make some of the most authentic Thai Tea ever if you want something good to try. My bf and I both ordered Thai Tea here at IHeartBoba. Mine had boba and his had rainbow jelly. I did not watch them make the drinks, but upon tasting them I knew automatically they were made from powder and not true Thai Tea. There is another review for this place regarding the Thai tea flavor and they stated, ?It tasted like plastic.? Sadly I have to agree. It just tastes fake and sugary. To be completely honest, the only pro I have to say about this place is that the chewiness of the boba was good and not hard. This is the second worst boba place I?ve ever been to. Sure I only tried one drink, but every boba place I?ve ever been to that uses to powder to make their drinks usually makes them ALL the same way with powder/without the use of any really tea leaves."

"The cups are particularly cute, featuring tiny heart stoppers and kitty-eared tops, and they’re definitely worth reusing once you take them home! I tried the Oolong Milk Tea with 25% sugar and added Boba. Although I'm a big fan of Boba, I find that the sweetness can be quite strong, which is why I opted for less sugar. Kids absolutely love it here as well. Overall, it's a fun spot worth checking out!"

"Absolutely amazing! This place serves a classic Hawaiian-style breakfast that is simply unbeatable. The Spam and Portuguese sausage fried rice is a must-try! The freshly sliced steak and pork chops are delicious, and the loco moco gravy is the best you'll ever taste! It features caramelized sweet onions and a rich, dark au jus gravy on a freshly made ground beef patty (not frozen). You can really taste the difference that comes from the legendary chef Charlie's expertise and attention to detail. My family enjoyed an incredible breakfast here, which was more satisfying than any of the overpriced Hawaiian breakfasts you typically wait in line for. I'm eager to see if Chef Charlie will bring his famous prime rib, fried chicken, and clam chowder to this spot! This has been my favorite breakfast in years, and I recommend you visit soon before the line starts forming around the corner. Just a heads up—the place is already getting busy, even without much advertising, which speaks volumes about how people discover great food. Thank you for the delicious breakfast!"

"They sell amazing poke bowls to taste. After eating one you're already planning your next return, which has been the same day for me. I ordered thesame thing, 6 hours apart, yet the bowls were soooo different. The second bowl was lacking ingredients and overall disappointing compared to the phenomenal bowl they made earlier. If the first one wasn't so good I wouldn't be so disappointed with the second one. I really do recommend them. I just would not eat there twice in same day so you don't ruin it for yourself like I did. Picture is the first bowl they made. I didn't bother taking a picture of the second because it doesn't do them justice."

"Giving them 2 stars because their drinks taste good. Their service is probably the worst out of all the boba places in the Frisco area. Since covid started, we always called our drinks in so we can just go in, pay, and pick up. For the past few months it takes about 4-5 calls for them to answer the phone.. and when you do actually get ahold of them, it still takes them 20-25 minutes to actually get you your drinks, so what’s the point of even calling it in? Their seals on the drinks are not properly closed all the time and when you shake your boba (like you’re supposed to) the drink spills all over you??All in all just be prepared to wait a while for your drinks.. even if there’s not a long line. This is the only boba place in the Frisco area that takes this long.. no other boba places take this long even if they’re twice as busy. It’s even more annoying when they get your order wrong (wrong size, wrong toppings, missing drinks? It’s a shame because their drinks are pretty good, and with all the competition here, people will stop coming if you don’t work on your management and service."

"Tea It is the best bubble tea shop around, no question about it! I have tried other bubble tea shops in the past that were awful, but when I found Tea It, I fell in love. Everything on their menu is delicious, and I have tried almost everything. I have introduced Tea It to my friends and family, and they have all been equally impressed and now love it too. The customer service at Tea It is top-notch - the staff is always friendly, remembers my name, and my order has never been wrong or missing anything, even with special requests. If they ever run out of something, they always inform me and make sure to have it for me on my next visit. I hope Tea It never changes their menu, moves, or closes because they are truly amazing. I will never go anywhere else for bubble tea - Tea It has my business for life!"
