"I've eaten here one too many times with no complaints. The rosemary tater tots were made to order and delicious so was my order shake. My burgerthough delicious. was undercooked (pink) in the middle. I didn't complain, I just threw out what was left. My other experiences here has been great, so I chose to let this one slide."

"Love the nice seared crust on the burgers and the wonderful gooey, juicy taste! Beats the heck out of the most of the competition. Fries are also hard to beat. Extra napkins required! New Bacon and Brisket Burger has plenty of cheese and Smoked Brisket. Thought the brisket was a little dry but. Still tasty. Truffle Mushroom Burger is a mushroom lover's dream! With a generous amount of mushrooms and truffle mayo. Even had some crispy Swiss cheese under the burger! Also serving some pretty decent chicken wings too."

"Want to start off by saying that the food here is awesome and usually service here is fairly quick unless they are busy, which is completely understandable. Today, I called in an order and took my break from work and went over there to get food. When I got there, they were busy so I was expecting a little wait. However, I wound up spending my ENTIRE break waiting there and when I asked one lady how long it would be, she glanced over at me and then completely ignored me. The second employee I asked (who was nice and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience) walked over and grabbed my food for me, which had already been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. My coworker wound up having to stay late because I was unable to get back in time and the food was lukewarm by the time I got to eat. I have always loved the food here, but experiences like that make me not want to come back."

"Had the best experience here tonight! My husband and I first came to Chipotle for dinner, and then we thought we would stop SB for a shake on the way back to the car. We had a nice conversation with the staff who welcomed us as soon as we got into the door. After my dietary concerns, Stephen proposed some flavor combinations for the ball and chain and me. He put so much effort into the presentation of a simple shake and it looked absolutely amazing. It may seem silly to rave over an ice cream shake, but it was the care, sweetness and consideration that went with. Shortly before our departure we found out that he was actually the General Manager for this location. It is not often that you see a GM supervisor, let alone working an order. It was just a special experience that my husband and I will repeat again. You can say it is a good environment when the restaurant is clean and the staff are happy and working as a team. Thank you, guys, we'll be back on another impromptu date night!"

"I placed an order through the app and when I arrived at the store to pick up my order. I could tell it was busy and the front of the store was under staffed. How do I know? Only one poor girl was working the entire front of the store. So I don?t blame her too much since she was put in a bind. But what happened is still unacceptable. I went to check on a bag of food that was placed on the to go table and the girl working just starts saying excuse me, excuse me, while giving me a look as if shouldn?t have checked the name the bag. Which it was my order. Still no milkshakes. There are people coming in and she has to stop to take their orders. Understandable. After looking at my food sitting there for 30 MINUTES, cold already. I ask if I could just get my food and get refunded for the two milkshakes. She then tells me that I should have told her that I had 2 milkshakes in my order. That was it, that made me lose it. I just want my money refunded please."

"Not ideal. We ordered online for pickup and when we got there, the whole place smelled like bathroom. Employees were wearing headphones while interacting with customers. We ordered two burgers and three sides. Instead we got three burgers and two sides despite the correct items being listed on the receipt. Clearly not a lot of care or pride is taken at this Smashburger."

"I wasn't impressed. Ordered the new BBQ Burnt Ends sandwich and the Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The flavors for both were bland. The BBQ was without a good BBQ flavor, it was barely there. The mushroom swiss was better, but barely. The best thing was the fries, they were very good. All in all the food was no where near worth the prices they charged. I won't return."

"Put a scheduled order in a little before 5:00 for a 5:30 pick up. When I arrived at 5:30 not only was my food not ready but it appeared they had been ignoring their orders for quite a while, based upon the crazy long strip of receipts they pulled from themachine to ?check where my order was.? I had to wait another twenty minutes plus and check in on my food again before I got it.They must not have started making it till I arrived. When I got home the sides were wrong and cold on top of it all. At leastthe burgers tasted good which is why I?ll put two stars. Not well managed/run."

We reached out to the store and spoke with Joe, the manager, who acknowledged the mistakes and promised us two sandwiches on our next order. "I'm really disappointed to share this, but I've seen this restaurant decline so much. My family and I used to love Smash Burger, but it seems the current management just doesn't care anymore. The truffle burger was dry and lacking any truffle sauce, the smash tots were practically swimming in grease, and I had to ask for my drink cup four times, only to be met with attitude. I also requested blue cheese with my wings and never received it. It's truly disheartening to see this place fall apart like this, and I won’t be returning."
