"We have dined here multiple times in the past year. I have spent months in N Myrtle Beach throughout my life but now I am a permanent resident. Last spring we saw multiple shows throughout April and May typically had dinner beforehand because of a skip the line type promo they had available. Okay, no problem, I gladly added it on to my ticket price. Multiple times when we showed up for our before-show dinner reservations we were basically given an excuse why our dining experience was going to be lousy—before we even sat down. In the spring we were told on multiple occasions that they were short cooks. Fine, understandable. But the actual problem we had was with our server. We were sat and it took 25 minutes for her to acknowledge us or even bring us water. Now, if the server would have been crazy busy bogged down with other tables, I would have been completely understanding as our business is in the restaurant industry. However, we sat and watched her flirt, for 20 minute increments at a time, hang all over another male server while her tables sat twiddling their thumbs wondering what the hell was going on in this nationwide chain restaurant. Fast forward to yesterday. We were once again back at our winter home resuming our routine of live music shows dinner beforehand. This was our first time back since May we had friends with us from out of town. I had a reservation immediately after checking in for said reservation, this time we were told there was a server shortage because of a car breakdown. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. Once we were finally sat for our reservation asked to once again “bear with us”, we were told by multiple employees—servers, runners, etc that it is always this way. This obviously didn’t surprise me as it was this way last April May again now in November. Our waitress was taking orders, running food, bartending. 90 min later, we only had apps were still late for the show. Manager needs to go 1st."
