"We had an incredible experience here tonight! My husband and I had originally planned to have dinner at Chipotle next door, but afterwards, we decided to stop at SB for a shake on our way back to the car. The staff warmly welcomed us as soon as we walked in, and we ended up having a delightful conversation with them. When I mentioned my dietary concerns, Stephen took the time to recommend several flavor combinations for me and my husband. He really put in a lot of effort into the presentation of what was essentially a simple shake, and it turned out looking amazing. It might sound a bit over the top to rave about an ice cream shake, but it was the thoughtfulness, friendliness, and attention to detail that made it special. Just before we left, we learned that Stephen is actually the general manager of this location. It’s not every day you see a GM helping customers and preparing orders, which made the experience even more memorable. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a clean restaurant and happy employees working together as a team. Thank you all! We will definitely be back for another spontaneous date night!"
