"I would describe this as a nice restaurant that focuses on barbecue, rather than being a traditional barbecue joint. It has a clean atmosphere and delightful decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall experience. The macaroni and cheese was outstanding and stole the spotlight, even when compared to the brisket and pulled pork. While the brisket was somewhat dry, it had a great flavor from the rub. The pulled pork was in a similar vein. The onion rings were excellent—they had a fantastic beer batter that made them crispy and well-seasoned. The sauces were enjoyable, and the bourbon selection was impressive. The service deserves five stars, with a quick turnaround time. Gigi and Katie were particularly wonderful, super friendly, and attentive!"
