"im a big fan of their martinis so my husband and i go often on the weekends after our movie dates , every time that we go around midnight it is a hassle to have them give us the chance to have a drink they close at but they don't want to seat anybody after or at least that what it seems, last time which it was weeks ago there was a concert in cleveland we got there around it was busy i had no reservations so i just wanted to get on the waiting list , the manager basically tried to have is go somewhere else, he noticed i got upset and insisted to get on the list and magically a table opened up as quickly as the nlink of an eye ...when we sat there were at least three open tables??i don't know as a customer experience is awful the way this place is manage, today we decided to give it a try in the morning to see if it was just the way it's handled at night , we went for brunch, it was not busy at all... let's start with our server nice girl but her clothes were filthy , that to me is a big turn off , i didnt walk away because i was hungry, ordered an espresso coffee and it was dead cold , food was average but my biggest concern is when i looked around not only the server was filthy but the restaurant as well , if you care to look at the ceiling is completely covered with dust, horrible!!!Chocolate bar management if you care for your customers and you take our health seriously you should make sure your staff look appropriate and you should keep your restaurant up to meet your health codes so not only your food taste good but also looks good. Hope you can fix thay because we really like your martinis but i dont feel safe there anymore"
