"I ordered a chicken, spinach feta twister to only get the wrong one delivered. I called to let them know and whomever answered the phone offered to make another one or get a credit with the next order. I told them I would take the credit. I called in today for lunch, whomever this person was that answered the phone (sounded like an older lady), she didn’t know there was a chicken, spinach, feta twister. She kept trying to tell me they were rolls (I order the same thing all the time). When I told her I had just ordered one, I guess she finally found it. I attempted to tell her that I was supposed to have a credit, and before I could even get 1/2 of my sentence out, she got defensive and said, “If you’re going to do that, you have to talk to a manager!” She didn’t even know what I was going to say because I never got my sentence out! I have never complained, never have been rude, and every problem that has occurred with them has been on their end from their ovens not working to them delivering the wrong order. I was so over the rude treatment that I hung up on her because there was no need for her to be so defensive. I don’t know if she didn’t take her meds or what, but she doesn’t need to take orders. The up side, the delivery driver called me back a few minutes later and offered to deliver the food if I wanted it. I was treated so badly I told her I appreciate it, but no thank you. They need to fire the woman who initially answers. She’s rude, confrontational and defensive for no reason."

"Been going to this location since 2009 and it used to be great. Now- the wings are way overpriced, they put the larger wings on top then the majority are tiny so they throw them on the bottom so you don't even see them until you get home, they taste funny, they're over cooked, everything is fried in old/stale oil, the fries are always soggy and cold. We went on New Year's Eve and the fries taste like onion rings and the wings were just......horrible. No matter what time you show up your order isn't ready at the promised time or even 20 minutes after the promised time. You used to be able to see in the back where they were cooking but that is covered with a catering banner so who even knows what's going on back there with your food. It's really disappointing because the guy who is cooking has been there since we started going in 2009 and he's the main reason we have been going back. He's always been nice/polite to me and my kids, and he is always apologetic when we have to wait a while for our food. Seems like I've gone there numerous times and he is the only one taking orders, collecting payments, and making the food. The rest of the staff is just rude. I can't afford to pay almost $50 for 30 funny tasting wings and some cold soggy fries, not to mention the cost of the sauce. Everything in there is covered in layers of grease. It would be easier to look past that if the food was still good. The new owners need to shut down, renovate, do a DEEP clean of the whole restaurant, get rid of the fake jewelry/clothes/purses they're selling at the front of the restaurant, and add some chairs since we all wait so long for our food to be ready. Or buy the Dairy Queen next door so they can expand to double the size of the kitchen, hire more staff, buy actual catfish, and make better tasting food. When I was in high school, I used to go to the one by Walmart- because there was no other place to go, and haven't been back since this one opened. Now I'm thinking I might have to give them another try because where else can you get good wings around here (don't say Baba's....their food is trash)?"

"Been wanting to try this place for over a year but will never ever dine there. I called at 6:30 to see if they were really busy. When they answered I politely asked are you real busy right now? The lady said why what do you want? So surprised I said well I 'd like for you to answer my question, she replied, what 's that got to do with what you want? I said never mind and hung up. Thinking I would just go there and speak to the owner or manager I get there only to find out the Lady on the phone was the manager. I walk in she didn 't greet or anything she said are you picking up? I replied no I was the one who just called and you were so rude to me can I speak to the manager? SHE REPLIED I am the manager I asked well can I speak to the owner? no he 's not here and almost never comes so leave me your name and I 'll give it to him. I asked her why she was so rude to me and she said because you were rude to me. I said all I did was ask a question? She then said did you want something, I sat down a minute to gather my thoughts then left. This is the worst I have ever been treated by any restaurant I 've ever been too. I 'd be willing to bet I won 't be contacted by the owner but would like for him to. I highly recommend anyone not going there. I see why there was NO ONE there at dinner time on a Thursday. One of the ways you can tell if an owner cares is they respond to bad reviews and good reviews looking to resolve issues. Look through and you will see many responses to good ones but none to the bad. I 'd venture to say that 's why this poor excuse of a manager still has a job."
