"The food was excellent, but the service when picking up my order was lacking. Fortunately, after I got to my car, I had a nagging feeling that something wasn’t right. I checked my bag and discovered that a part of my order was missing. I suggest implementing a process on the takeout side where staff checks the contents of the bag before handing it to the customer. This way, customers can ensure their order is correct before leaving, rather than finding out later that something is missing. The food was delicious, and parking was a breeze. They just need a bit more refinement when it comes to customer service."
