"So incredibly disappointed. I understand being short staff but the rudeness and mess ups was ridiculous. We arrived for my sons birthday party. I ordered four hours beforehand to make sure pizza was ready. It was not and then when it arrived was incorrect.I had to go to counter multiple times and was ignored each time. The gal at front counter was extremely rude to not only me butmy children and guests. When I asked for more plates for our party I was told this is all we have. We don?t have a dish washerright now. When ordering beverages she didn?t explain fountain machine was down until we had been standing there waiting forcups for five minutes and had to ask. Then she said fountain drinks are down you have to grab one from cooler. This was after wewere charged the larger fee for drinks and not told why??? Other guests were coming and complaining of messed up orders aswell. She would completely ignore all who was at counter and continue conversations with Im assuming other staff members?? Youshould put customers first and atleast greet people for crying out loud. Good luck staying in business we will not be returningto this establishment."
