"Dottie's Home Kitchen has the feel of a cozy local diner. I've visited a few times for breakfast with my friend, and it has consistently been a pleasant experience. The only downside is that the coffee could be stronger. The restaurant always appears to be busy, but the food is served promptly. You pay at the counter, which also has extra seating. Overall, the prices are reasonable; my meal along with coffee cost me just $7."
