"My reservation was confirmed the day before through OpenTable. We arrived at 7:26 PM for our 7:30 PM reservation, only to find the restaurant completely closed and locked up. There was no sign on the door or any phone call explaining the situation. I attempted to call the restaurant, but the voicemail was full and not accepting new messages. Finding a substitute restaurant on a Saturday night at 7:30 PM was quite challenging."
