"One of my favorite restaurants in Cape May. Had a recent opportunity to visit and brought my daughter and friend along to have a lunch at the Mad Batter. Everyone enjoyed their meal and loved sitting out on the screened porch. The restaurant is located on a quaint side street. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff was very friendly and efficient. My favorite go-too is the Waldorf chicken salad on a croissant with a side of fresh fruit. It never disappoints. They accommodated my daughter by making a Waldorf chicken salad wrap. My other friend had a vegan burger and said it was very good. We had no wait the day we arrived, however, I know that in the high summer season that is not necessarily the case. Live music is available on different days and times. I highly recommend this restaurant."
