"I really wanted to like this place! but it fell short. we had to wait on the stand, once we sat for our reservation, we had to wait to be welcomed and then wait to get our drink order. there was confusion who had our table. it seemed as if server not sections, but must manage the entire restaurant, including the terrace. it was impossible to get someone's attention to service. we then had to wait to get our drinks and said that the cash was secured. we ordered the artichoke rockefeller, district flatbread, diablo pasta, lachs, campagna pasta, all very tasty. 2 members of our party wanted to order the trout, but we were informed that they were out. we were never asked if we wanted to finish the round more drinks. while they are served our ancestor, they reached over the table to place teller and never our appetizer dishes. 3 of us received our food and the 4th did not receive it for more than 15 minutes. No one came to check us as soon as we got 3 out of 4 and we had to hunt down the host first to find out what was going on and then a server. who never came back to inform us the status, but made sure that we supply food to another table. when we finally got our court, the server apologised and told us that she would take the meal. on the way to the toilet room the fire exit was blocked by a stack of unused chairs. overall I was very disappointed. the food was delicious and the restaurant was well designed and designed, fun and trendy. I would try again when eating was great, but the service really needs some work."
