"We live in an apartment and ordered food online, but the driver left our food outside without notifying us. To make matters worse, our burger meal was missing. When we called to speak to the manager, they were rude and unhelpful, claiming they had no protocol for missing items. We used to frequent this restaurant before it was renovated and this level of rudeness was unacceptable. Despite our bill being nearly $100 and always tipping generously, we were treated poorly. The drama over a missing item has led us to share our negative experience with friends, family, and on social media, causing us to no longer support this local business. We will no longer be patronizing this restaurant or recommending it to the 21 medical clinics I oversee. Hopefully they will learn to treat their customers with respect in the future, but we are not holding our breath. It's a shame, as we have always received our orders for our company in the past without issue."
