"It may look like your average neighborhood cafe, but M&V Cafe delivers a truly delectable experience. My husband and I went for Valentines dinner special, and were immediately greeted by friendly staff . The restaurant filled up quickly, yet the service was impeccable throughout the night. We started with champagne foie gras terrine with walnut raisin toast and fig jam, just succulent. My husband had the short-rib braise in red wine served over a creamy radiatori pasta and, I had the Mahi-mahi quenelle, both excellent. We ended with an extraordinary chocolate fondant cake and crème brûlée. Do not let appearances fool you—the decor may be simple, but the food is exquisite. This place is perfect for groups or a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner. Should you have the opportunity to go eat there, do not hesitate!"

"This restaurant serves fresh and delicious food. I am a fan of their kaleicious juice, but I always ask for ginger instead of banana. Be sure to request their juices without foam. Their salads are tasty, especially with the cilantro lime dressing. Although it may be a bit costly, it is worth it because everything is kosher. The owners and their daughter Aliza are attentive to their customers and work diligently to ensure everyone is satisfied. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area."

"Why this place is great: 1) Quality food, reasonable price, skill cooks, decent portions. 2) They do brown rice. If you ask them, you can get brown fried rice. First place I ran into in Seattle that will do this. And the fried brown rice is amazing. 3) In the Summer, about half of the seating is covered but open air. Probably the coolest place to eat in Seattle in July and August."

"I went to this restaurant for dinner, which was enjoyable. However, I believe they should not offer reservations if they are unable to manage them properly. We had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Additionally, other diners who arrived after us were seated before us, which caused a delay in our group being able to sit together. Despite this, the food and service were good."

"OMG!! Tonight 's meal was a complete disaster and unfortunately our server was thrown under the bus by the kitchen staff and the owners, as well as the restaurant being understaffed. If you 're understaffed, perhaps you should limit the patrons...just a thought!If your menu shows the prices you should take a picture for evidence. Our menu showed the prices of the steaks. Unfortunately when we received the bill, the prices we were charged were about $20 more than what we saw on the menu. I went to retrieve a menu as evidence and that menu and others had a piece of paper over the prices that said market prices. The menu we ordered from did not have that market price statement. How were we to know any different? So naturally we thought we were going to be paying the prices we saw.That is just one example. Here 's another, my sister ordered a very well done steak and I ordered a different type of steak to be prepared medium. She received her steak nearly raw and mine was well done. I finally got my steak just before we left. Mind you as the server brought my steak she commented that we would not be charged for it.The side salad, a Caesar, I ordered came with croutons even though I asked that there be no croutons my husband 's salad had no croutons , then I take a bite. Yowzers! Was I eating a salad at the beach? There was grit all in my mouth from the salad. I asked my husband to take a bite and he agreed. It was a very fine grit all in your teeth...grinding away. YUCK! We alerted the server and were told by a manager ? that they infused a certain cheese into their homemade Caesar dressing and that it 's supposed to be that way. What? What cheese is gritty like sand and doesn 't dissolve?My husband ordered another beverage, it never got to him and my niece and her husband ordered a bread pudding dessert. It never made it to them.Now comes time for the bill.This dining experience at Pier 98 in Hattiesburg was very regrettable! We will NOT be returning to this establishment!!If you do go to this restaurant and don 't care what you pay for anything, they do have great tasting, tender filet mignons. You just need to get it prepared to your liking and it would be nice to eat it along with those you are dining. Also, if you like/love roasted bacon and Brussels sprouts, there 's are super delicious!"

"Dropped in for lunch on my way to Chicago. Worth every penny. I've been coming to Indianapolis for more than 30 years. I've probably driven by this place a million times. Is very unassuming but when you walk inside oh my gosh. It was such a fun and lively place and it wasn't even during the time when they had their bands planned. The food was awesome and everybody there was extremely friendly. This is a definite Make it on your to-do list when you visit Indianapolis."

"I'm so happy to have Cuban food so close to campus now! It's the closest thing to Haitian food, which I miss not having ease of access to. I hope this may spark a trend of other cultural foods (beside Asian--inspired cuisine) to come into town. The food tastes delicious! And they always offer reasonable portion sizes for the price. The only downside is they haven't had tostones for the LONGEST time, ever since they opened last semester. It kind of feels weird to have it on the menu, but never have it in stock. If their larger sister restaurant in Durham can serve them, there must be a way to get it to the smaller store. I hope they come soon!"

"Tucked away in the shadow of the well-known restaurant Sol is this charming little spot. Due to the pandemic, all orders are to-go, so it's a good idea to call ahead to minimize your wait time. My favorite dish is the Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It's delicious yet straightforward, featuring chicken, white rice, and a side. I do wish they offered a healthier Hawaiian version of the dish, perhaps with brown rice and a simple salad or some steamed vegetables or seaweed instead of the traditional macaroni salad. It's a long shot, but it would make me feel better about dining there more frequently."
