"I am adding a star to my review. The general manager called and followed up to apologize for my negative experience. He personally took the time to address the issues, which shows concern. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. Our food was served at different times and our waitress mentioned that someone had messed up our order. The credit card machine broke down after we had already boxed our leftovers, and they wanted to write down our card information on a piece of paper, which was not secure. The chaos was evident in the restaurant, and even the police had to be called at one point because a customer was so angry. The manager never came to our table, even after waiting for half an hour and asking for her multiple times. The staff seemed unorganized and there was a lack of competence on the night shift. Overall, this was a service issue that could have been handled better. The meatloaf tasted old and the salad was watery. I have visited Miller's Ale House before and never had an experience like this. The situation was a complete mess and the handling of the staff was the main reason for the disorder. It's disappointing to go to a restaurant where the system is not working, and I had to wait so long to pay while being treated poorly. I understand that things can go wrong, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. It's clear that this restaurant is in trouble."

"my family used to be there after miller ale house 7901 dr. M.L.K jr st n, st. petersburg, fl 33702 to go. but tonight we had a terrible experience. when it was our turn, the hostess has assigned my family to a section next to extremely loud loud speakers. we asked if they could turn off the loudness a little or if they could get us to another one that was less loud. the tables at the entrance have less loud. the waitress was really nice and allowed us to drive to one of the few open tables, but only the same area was close. the problem in this okation is that obviously all sections are an extremely loud cacophony of noises from various television sets throughout the restaurant (consider that in the rule the volume of television sets in the device does not exceed a speaking volume). we tried not to pay to the loudness of the restaurant and continued to order food. when the escaped came out, we tried to eat and talk as we usually do, but the loudness was so unbearable that my man went on to eat his food quickly, do that we could go. I wanted to ask the waitress again if she could just shut down a little bit of a volume and get the manager out. jimell (the manager) told me that he would not lower the volume because we were in the middle and that he did not want to lower the volume of two loudspeakers. I tried to explain our sitting situation. he repeats himself until they try to move with their eating they can go on different tables. this is that we were sitting next to a single loudspeaker and that we were sitting next to two (small less) loudspeakers who were still absurdly loud. I told him that we often came to this place and that this was the first time that this place was so loud. he said again that he refused to lower the volume of the bilingual. we paid the bill in advance. my son took his burger into a box and my man and I left the great majority of our food (was cold ripening, and a order of old and now cold squishy nachos). we can't agree with a manager and the only one I would have left was asap. for the first time we didn't cost our food because it was bad quality and obnoxily loud device. I finished spending $89.91 for bad eating and miserable managerial service. I feel bad for the new waitress in training because she is so gentile and in the rule we redeem excellent tip for the quality service, until this does not happen at night, I don't give a good tip because we only lost our money there. I am very disappointed that we decided to eat at this restaurant on my high-time only because is Monday, and we know the place and before enjoyed eating it. we received eating badly, totally under the in the regular quality, plus need to stay in noisy area and no one cares about a solution for us. that's true, I feel frustrated because we're wasting our money, like stuck in a mülldose and certainly not we'll be back again this special place miller ale house 7901 dr. M.L.K jr st n, st. petersburg, fl 33702."

"I was visiting friends in the area and told them of my desire to have a great hamburger while in the US (I live in the UK, where hamburgers, like most of the food, are pretty terrible) and the very first suggestion was Miller's. We visited at dinner time on Sunday, 26 March, 2023. Although I just had the basic cheeseburger, it had far from basic flavour. The burger had a great crust, which is the hallmark of a great burger. To that, add the long crinkle cut dill pickle slices, add the lettuce tomato, add the bacon and the condiments of your choice (I went with the burger standard ketchup mustard) and this cheeseburger is a flavour explosion in your mouth with every bite. I cannot say enough about how good this hamburger was....I'm running out of adjectives. The sides were standard but well executed, especially the onion rings. They were very crispy yet were light and not greasy at all....clearly whomever was manning the fryer that night knew how to cook great food. The atmosphere at Miller's Ale House is traditional American sports bar, so plenty of televisions with a plethora of both screens and sporting choices for your viewing pleasure. To top it all off, the drinks selection is fantastic. Miller's deserves special praise for carrying New Belgium Brewing Company's Fat Tire on tap. I have been drinking Fat Tire for 30+ years and was very happy to see it on the menu. Overall I just love everything about Miller's Ale House. I so wish they would open a branch where I live...they would make a killing."
