"We discovered that this restaurant is part of the McMenamins brand, which is quite popular in Oregon. There’s also a gift shop where you can find anything you might have forgotten on your journey.
As for the food, we ordered the Caramel Apple Waffle, which was enormous and laden with plenty of crispy apples, paired with a wonderfully tart waffle—it was a must-try. We also had the Make Your Own Omelet, which was a large vegetable omelet filled with fresh ingredients and served with stylish potatoes. The Chai Latte was surprisingly delicious; it’s not easy to find a good chai in such a location. The coffee was decent—hot but nothing particularly special.
While the menu isn’t extensive, it offers enough variety to satisfy different tastes. Prices are somewhat on the higher side, but the exceptional service and helpful recommendations from the waitstaff made it worthwhile. The ambience and beautiful hotel grounds alone are reason enough to visit, with the delicious food being an added bonus."
