"The Paella at Armando's Caribe is truly exceptional. This time we tried the paella de mariscos, which was perfectly cooked with a delicious blend of rice and seafood. The Molcajete was also amazing, a must-try dish that is not on the menu but worth asking for. It includes chorizo, steak, shrimp, cactus leaf, grilled queen, poblano, onion, paprika, with rice and black beans on the side and flour tortillas, all served in a hot volcanic rock bowl. Our party also enjoyed the Bistec a la Parrilla, Quesadillas, and Tacos, all of which were beautifully presented with great attention to detail. Armando's Caribe offers a variety of delicious dishes, including the paella Valencia which we also tried and loved. The Cazuela de Mariscos was another highlight, with perfectly balanced seasoning and fresh seafood. The warm Cuban bread was perfect for soaking up the flavorful broth, and the lobster tacos were a standout. The Fajitas were also delicious and generously sized, perfect for sharing. Armando's Caribe is a must-visit for fantastic food and friendly service. Don't forget to say hello to Armando, a true VW enthusiast who also has a taqueria nearby!"
