"Good food.. which could have tasted great if the service was good. This isnt a cheap fast food restaurant.We were a big group of 30 , who went in with not just a reservation but a pre order.. and all we got for service was attitude. Appetizers and entrees came in no order, Ribs were served before everything baba ganoush came all the way in the end when we were almost done eating. The thing i disliked most was themnot owning any of their mistakes. We had to ask them to take the drinks order or anything we needed because no one came by themselves. really stingy on sauces.They told us their workers called off last minute that day.. If you cannot handle a big group say no, we had called them multiple times about how we have a birthday we will celebrate etc, and they didnt mention anything about not being able to handle,instead when we showed are displeasure at the resturant were told for 70 people they would only have one server, and then you charge 18% gratiuty, we felt like they would make us take the dishes to the kitchen too. When we said our food was getting cold because the AC was blaring cold air on our food and us we were told it will get super hot if we lower the tempreture , even though it was cold outside, when we had had enough we told them to close the vent on top of one of the platters which they did with very rudely. No courtesy, no customer service, instead they blamed it on our kids.One thing please make your staff practice a friendly smile, I understand you might be over worked but isnt that part of your job?The two stars are for the food which was actually very good. Imagine if that was accompanied with great service. If they had shown some courtesy or just a sincere sorry and owned the things that were wrong i would have been a little more considerate with my review.Bottom line is they are not a resturant for a party or big group because they dont seem to offer any such services or care if customers are unhappy about it."
