Typically, I would rate Firehouse Subs a full five stars due to the quality of their sandwiches. However, I am giving this particular location a four-star rating because of a communication issue. I ordered a large club sandwich, my usual choice at this type of restaurant, but I received a medium instead. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed I was charged for a medium. While I was initially disappointed, I ended up feeling satisfied with my meal. I understand that communication can be challenging, especially when there's a barrier—having worked behind a plexiglass shield at Starbucks myself. However, I felt that I was clear in my order. Overall, this location is still good and would have received five stars from me if not for that mix-up. The staff was very friendly, which I truly appreciated. Thank you!"
